Following law school, Mr. O’Leary worked as an investigator for the Massachusetts Medical Malpractice Joint Underwriting Association, exclusively representing medical doctors in malpractice suits; he later worked as an associate of the Boston firm of Frank L. McNamara, Jr. & Associates before leaving that position to become self-employed with O’Leary Law Office. Mr. O’Leary has more than twenty-five years of litigation experience in federal and state courts both within and outside the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
